Our Road to Restoration/New Staining Process:

NEXT STEPS
1. Book your initial Consultation
(Typically within 3-5 days, longer during peak season)
2. Consultation about project needed:
(Typically lasts 20-30 mins) 
3. Consultation: Consists of explanation of restoration and
staining processes. 
4. Color Selection: 
We will then pick the color or 
it may be better to clean your project 
before choosing the correct color.
5A. Scheduling: For Full Restorations 
will require a
Cleaning Treatment 
or Treatments, 
then staining will be 
approximately 5-7 days 
after to allow for full dry time.
5B. Scheduling: Staining Treatments only
 will require the wood
to be 13% or 
less before staining. 
Typically the Stain Day 
schedule is approximately
 2-4 weeks
 from job acceptance date.
6. What to have prepared 
on your side before we come:
A. Please inform neighbors
 we will be needing access 
to their yards possibly 
in order to prevent stain
 from their property.
B. Please remove all furniture from patios
 (if a pergola is the project.)
C. Please have your dogs put up
 and neighbors dogs
 (if they have any.)
D. If we are staining a fence, 
please have all shrubbery off fence 
at least 10-12 inches.
E. If you need assistance 
with any of these areas 
we can assist for additional fees. 
F. Swimming Pool Owners: 
We may potentially have to cover the pool.
(additional fee required)
G. Water Sprinklers: 
Must be kept off 24/48 hours
 before and after staining.
H. Gate Locks: Please leave gate code
 or gates unlocked. 
(We will re-lock once complete.)
I. All gate hardware and fence posts 
(if Steel) will be fully wiped down
 at completion of job.
J. All shrubbery and plants kept off the fence 
will be protected 
and/or covered
 as needed.
(more than 30 linear feet 
may be additional fees)
7. Drop Cloths or Coverings under Pergolas:
If needed these items
 will be left for as long as
 the drips stop.
8. Staining Includes: 
Stain, prep work, 
masking if needed,
 wiping down 
all hardware items,
 ground protection,
 back brushed for deeper penetration (as needed),
 full clean up after job, 
typically a small amount 
of touch up stain (if any leftover),
final walk-around.
9. Fence Sign/yard signs:
All projects will have
 a fence sign installed.
We ask if we can leave 
a yard sign for a short time.
(when available)
10. Final Payment:
Once project is complete
 we require full payment
 within 24/48 hours.
11. Homeowner Thank you Call. 
(we will call to review your experience with us)
12. Review for Google:
